Today was one of the happiest days of our centre. We won an appeal at the Asylum appeal tribunal on behalf of one of our clients. Mrs. P is an asylum seeker who had her asylum support application refused. She was given an opportunity to appeal against the decision of the Secretary of State. The appeal was heard today at the Asylum Support Tribunal. To our delight, the appeal was allowed. Mrs. P is now allowed to remain at the accommodation and continue to receive support.
